How does the billing process work?

We will charge your credit card monthly on the day you opened your account.  If you opened you account with us on the 14th of any particular month, then we will bill you on the 14th of each following month.

 

How do I cancel my account?

You must notify us about your wish to cancel your account by <e-mail>.  We will cancel your account immediately.  All outstanding rentals must be returned within ten days of the account cancellation.  We will charge you the full retail price for any games not received with in the grace period.

 

Which game systems do you support?

We carry games for all major game consoles when they become available.  The list includes Xbox, Xbox 360, PS2, PSP, Nintendo DS, Gameboy Advance, Gamecube,  PS3 and Nintendo Revolution.

 

How long does it take to receive the games?

We ship our games from NYC.  Generally I should take 1 to 2 days for the games to arrive to customers on the east coast.  It usually takes an extra 2 to 3 days for games to arrive on the west coast.  We usually need 24 to 48 hours to package and ship the games out to you.

 

How long can I keep each game?

There is no time limit, you can keep the game for as long as you like.  We will never charge you late fees.

 

How can I change my service plan?

You must notify us by <email> and we will change the status of your account.  If you upgrade, your account will be charged for the amount on days remaining in the month.  There is no extra fee associated with down grade, however no refunds will be given for unused days.

 

What happens if a game is damaged when I get it?

Although we test each game in our inventory,  it is possible for us to send out a defective game.  You will need to send the game back to us in the pre-paid envelope we provided and we will re-send you the same title, or the next available game in your log if the title is not available.  Accounts with multiple reports of damaged games will be subject for review.

 

What happens if a game is lost?

You must notify us <email> and we will re-send the same title or the next available game in your log if that title in not available.  We do reserve the right to bill you for the full retail cost of the game.  Accounts with multiple reports of missing games will be subject for review.
